Kimberly Elliott, 27-year-old woman from ewark, Ohio, was accused last November of sexually assaulting two teen boys and providing them with drugs and alcohol. After she plead guilty last wek, Licking County Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas Marcelain sentenced her to three years in prison.
Elliot, a mother of a 9-year-old boy, admitted that last year between January and September 2010, she gave drugs and alcohol to two 13-year-old boys while her husband was in prison on a felony domestic violence charge. According to her attorney Tom Gordon, Elliot was depressed because her husband was in jail and began drinking and doing drugs. In November 2011 , a boy told a Newark detective and social worker that Elliott engaged in sexual conduct with him almost nightly between March 14, 2009, and March 14, 2010. He also told that Elliott sexually assaulted another 13-year-old boy at the same time, That conduct occurred between Sept. 20, 2009, and Sept. 20, 2010.
Elliott's husband told local news channel that he was “sick and disgusted” over what his wife did and planned to begin divorce proceedings.
Elliott will be able to serve her sentences concurrently, making her eligible for release in three years. She will be required to serve five years of probation and register as a tier-two sex offender when she is released from prison.
